US Army Youth Center Receives VocalBooth

US Military Bases and Government Agencies Across the Country Are Purchasing VocalBooths for a Myriad of Needs including a Youth Center Recording Studio

NAB Show 2011 – Extracurricular activities for children of US soldiers in the Army just got a little more interesting and fun. The Department of Family Life Services recognizes the need for a creative outlet for the children and is developing media centers and recording studios on several Army Bases across the country featuring VocalBooths™ from VocalBooth.com™.

“This has been a project in the works for some time,” said Jennifer Matthey, VP of Marketing for VocalBooth™. “We are thrilled to see this important initiative take shape on many levels. This is the type of on-base program that our soldiers’ children will really enjoy. Having a VocalBooth™ for these kids will help take their productions to a professional level.” The US Army is also equipping studios with pro audio gear through VocalBooth™.

Other military bases that have recently purchased a VocalBooth™ include Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland to use for voice over work and inter-military communications, Anderson Air Force Base in Guam for voice over and video production, and the Air Force Base in Charlotte for rudimentary physical examination rooms.

VocalBooth.com will be displaying several of their VocalBooths, as well as their popular VB Amp Enclosure at NAB 2011. The VocalBooth.com exhibitor booth space is SL8510.
